Graduated pricing, explained
Your users fill brackets like steps — each bracket has its own rate, and you never pay the top rate on every user.
The rate applies per bracket, not retroactively. An academy with 350 users pays the 1–100 rate on its first 100 users, the 101–300 rate on the next 200, and the 301–500 rate only on the last 50.
