The agreement between AcademyAdmin and the academies and users on the platform.

The service
AcademyAdmin is a management platform for online academies: scheduling, attendance, user and group management, credits and billing. These terms govern every account on the platform; for staff, student and guardian accounts they apply alongside the rules of the academy that invited you.
Accounts
Provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials confidential. Accounts are personal — do not share logins or impersonate others. Academy administrators are responsible for the accounts they invite and the roles they assign.
Your academy's data
Content entered into the platform belongs to the academy that entered it. We process it only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. Administrators can export their academy's data; we do not claim ownership of it.
Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans are billed per purchased seat through Stripe, monthly or yearly, after any free trial. Plans renew automatically until cancelled; seat increases take effect after payment, while reductions apply at the next renewal. Non-payment can suspend access until the balance is settled.
Acceptable use
Do not use the platform for anything unlawful, do not upload content that infringes the rights of others, and do not attempt to probe, overload or disrupt the service or access another academy's data. We may suspend accounts that put the platform or its users at risk.
Availability & changes
We work to keep the service available and to announce planned maintenance, but the service is provided “as is” and uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. We improve the product continuously and may change or retire functionality; material changes are announced in advance.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, AcademyAdmin is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and its total liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Termination
You can cancel a subscription at any time from the billing settings; access continues until the end of the paid period. After the subscription ends, academy data remains exportable for a wind-down period as described in the Privacy Policy. We may terminate accounts that materially violate these terms.
Changes & contact
We may update these terms; the date above reflects the latest version and material changes will be announced in the product. Continuing to use the platform after a change means accepting the updated terms. Questions? Reach us through the contact page.
